With the light flooding in from the windows in the background, this shot come out quite nicely and without flaring out everything. It definitely adds to the warmth of the blond wood and gives the image a warm, glowing quality.

Armand Debelder is the famous blender and brewer of Drie Fonteinen who has fought for decades to preserve his business and advance lambic and gueueze in the marketplace. It was an absolute pleasure to spend a morning talking about his work and enjoying some of his beers. He’s a true advocate and his passion for this life’s work is unmistakable. This photo was taken at his new tasting room: the Lambik-O-Droom.

This photo was taken on October 18th, 2016.
