The simple contrasts of a dark wall, a light floor and base and the middle tones of the copper vessel provide a nice basic color framework with which to frame the old copper and its patina of age.
This old copper mash vessel was used until pretty recently at Brasserie Dubuisson until it was replaced by a nice, shiny stainless steel brewhouse. Today, it sits in one of the old buildings along with a lot of old equipment from the brewery. It’s basically an onsite brewing museum and tour through some of Dubuisson’s past.
