Full Sail Brewer’s Share Chris’s Summer Delight Berliner Weiss (in case you’re looking for the beer with the longest name) is the third beer in the new Brewer’s Share line.
Appearance: hazy, gold straw. Faint, white head with solid carbonation.
Aroma: wheaty and slightly sour
Taste: crisp acidity but not over-powering. Clean wheat flavor. Nicely tart and balanced.
Overall impression: great, effervescent mouthfeel. Medium, clean, acidic finish. A great American example of a rare German classic. Acidic enough to satisfy sour enthusiasts but approachable for the neophyte.
Availability: June-August in the Western United States and some East Coast markets. Smaller production.
Try it with your favorite syrup if you’d like to try it like the Berliners do.
4% ABV
