When you’re shooting someone “in action” or talking, you often get some really weird stuff, particularly when it comes to facial expressions. It requires you to take several and hoping to catch one with your subject looking good.
Here we have Andre Janssens of Hof ten Dormaal Brewery standing by the barrels of his Zure van Tildonk. Andre is discussing his souring project and how they figured out their souring process. A few months after this photo was taken, the brewery would suffer a catastrophic fire. It’s only recently been put back in action.
